Happy Hour in Paradise : Summer Bar Cart Styling

Can you believe it’s really June!? To kick off summertime, I gathered up some of my colorful bar cart accessories and created this “Happy Hour in Paradise” themed bar cart! For now, I’m just dreaming about hot summer days spend by our pool, since we still have quite a mess going on in our backyard. I found this cute tea towel last year and it inspired this whole theme.

These silicone wine glass tags are the cutest way to liven up a simple glass of chardonnay or bubbly. I added some tied bamboo skewers for drinks and colorful toothpicks.

One thing I love to use to create a theme that’s really inexpensive and easy to keep on hand is cocktail napkins. A shelf under my kitchen island is dedicated to cocktail napkins and koozies! You never know when you might need them! I also happen to keep mini bottles of alcohol in my bar cart and they make a fun party favor or easy-to-grab shot.

Mister Pineapple is the life of the party with a pair of shade and one of my favorite snacks: bananas!

The bottom tier of my cart has some more greenery - a rose bush that was given to us by a neighbor (back when Summer received an awful diagnosis). The green fronds on the top of the cart are of course fresh from the front yard. I prefer fronds over flowers any day!! :D These babies will last for weeks.
